ACCOUNT RELATED
Do I need to login before I can checkout?
It is not absolutely necessary to login to your account before checkout. Just remember the email-id used during checkout to login to your account later.
Can I edit my personal details?
Yes, you can edit your personal details except your email id you entered when you created your account.
Can I have multiple delivery addresses in an account?
Yes, you can have multiple delivery/shipping addresses in your account.
Is my personal information secured?
Your personal information is absolutely secure and the entered data is strictly confidential (Just shop from us, we will take care of the rest).
Can I wishlist products?
Yes, absolutely. We recommend logging in to your account to find your wishlisted products later.
How can I apply coupons to my order?
While some offers or coupons are automatically applied, you can find a list of available coupons at checkout page. Click on apply or copy paste coupon code. Your coupon should be applied.
PRODUCT RELATED
What sizing and fit do you follow?
We follow standard sizing true to your child’s age. Most of our products are regular fit (not very tight, not very loose). Please have a look at the product description in the individual product pages for product specific details.
How do I wash and care for the products?
Our products are machine washable. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Wash dark colours separately. Do not tumble dry. Line dry only, avoiding direct sunlight for a prolonged period. Do not iron directly on prints and embellishments, use a cloth on top instead.
Will the colour fade away after a few washes?
Absolutely NOT. The fabric we use for our products are very high quality and the colour will withstand more than a few washes.
What material are the garments made of?
We use different types of materials including cotton, polyester etc. Please read the product specifications section on product pages for product specific details.
Which age group are your products for?
Our products are for kids between 0 to 14 years.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RELATED
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver to more than 29000 pin codes in India. However, not all pincodes are serviceable by our logistics partners. Please check your pincode serviceability in the individual product page.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently we do not provide international shipping.
Which courier partners do you send our orders with?
We send your orders only reputed courier partners like Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Delhivery, E Com, Shadowfax, DTDC etc. You will get to know which courier company is delivering your order once it is dispatched.
How long will it take for my order(s) to arrive?
It takes 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your orders from our warehouse. After the order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 3-10 working days depending on your shipping location.
Will all the items be shipped out in a single package?
We will try to put all the items of your order in a single package. However, if there are many items in your order, the items might be shipped in different packages.
Is there any minimum order quantity or value?
There is no minimum order quantity or minimum cart value for placing orders currently.
Are there any charges for Cash-On-Delivery?
Yes a non-refundable fee of ₹49 will be charged on top of cart value for COD orders.
Are there any shipping and delivery charges?
Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders.
Do I need to be personally present to receive my order?
It is recommended that you be personally present to receive your order. In case you are not personally present please notify your family members/neighbours to receive the order on your behalf. Please be available on call as the delivery agent/logistics partner might call you for delivery verification.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately you cannot change either of them after the order has been placed. In such cases please cancel and place a new order. Don’t worry we offer free cancellations until 2 hours from the time you place an order.
How do I track and check the current status of my order?
Navigate to the "Track Order" from the footer section of the website and enter your Order Id. Also you should be notified via email and/or whatsapp when an order is placed, packed, dispatched, out for delivery and delivered.
How can I get a copy of the invoice of my order?
We will send you a physical copy of the invoice along with your order. If you want a soft copy of your invoice, you can download it by logging in to your account.
What happens if I miss the delivery of the order?
The delivery agent will try to attempt delivery a maximum of three times. However, if you still miss delivery, your order will be cancelled. In order to receive the same order you will have to place a new order (provided the item is in stock).
What should I do if my order has been marked delivered, but I did not receive it?
Please let us know immediately and we shall look into it. All delivery related issues need to be raised within 24 hours of order delivery. After that, we cannot guarantee a resolution.
What should I do if I have received a damaged or opened package?
Please do not accept delivery in such cases. If you already have accepted delivery and there is an issue, please let us know immediately.
CANCELLATION RELATED
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order until 2 hours from the time you place an order. If you want to cancel an order after that please contact us and we will guide you accordingly.
How can I cancel my order?
Just go to the Orders section of your account, after logging in. Click on the specific order you want to cancel, tap on Mange and click on cancel order. Choose cancellation reason (if requested). You should receive a confirmation of order cancellation in your email.
Can I cancel an individual item from an order?
Cancelling an individual item from an order is not possible. In such a case, the entire order needs to be cancelled. Just place a new order for the item(s) you want.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately order modification is not possible after it has been placed. In such a case, the entire order needs to be cancelled. Just place a new order for the item(s) you want.
I mistakenly cancelled my order, can I undo it?
Orders once cancelled cannot be undone. Just place a new order.
How long will it take to get a refund of the cancelled order?
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 1-2 working days. After the refund has been processed, it might take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Where will I receive my refund?
You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid to the original payment method.
RETURN AND REFUND RELATED
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 7 days from the date it has been delivered. The amount of refund will vary according to the return reason. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Under what conditions will I be eligible for return?
You must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it i.e., unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels (if any) intact .
- Return request must be placed within 7 Days from the date the order(s) gets delivered to you. After seven days no return request can be placed or will be approved.
- Any gifts/freebies and original invoice must be returned along with the product(s).
- Items bought under clearance sale or any type of sale are non-returnable.
How can I place a return/exchange request?
Go to the "Request Return" page from the footer section of the website. Enter your Order ID (Starting with WK-...) and email/mobile number (used during checkout). Select the item you want to return/exchange. Select the reason for your return/exchange. Choose if you want to return the item or exchange. Upload image if required.
For Returns: Choose "Original Payment" as refund method. For COD Orders, enter your UPI ID/Bank Account Details and submit.
For Exchanges: Choose the item you want in exchange. Confirm shipping information and submit.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, returns can be placed on item level. Refunds will be processed accordingly. However. all items cannot be returned in a single return request. Please request return individually if you have multiple items to return from the same order.
Are any products non-returnable?
All items except items bought under clearance sale or any type of sale are non-returnable.
Can I cancel or modify my return request after it has been placed?
Cancelling or modifying a return request is not possible after it has been placed.
What is reverse pick up and self courier?
Reverse Pick Up means that our courier partner will pick up the order from the same address the order has been delivered. Self-Courier means that you yourself will send the items back to us through a reputable courier service.
My area does not have a reverse pick up facility, how can I return my order?
If reverse shipping is not available you will have to self-courier the product back to us. Do not worry, just share the invoice and tracking details along with the Order ID and we will reimburse you accordingly (maximum reimbursement amount is ₹100).
When will the return order be picked up?
It might take 3-4 working days for your return order to be picked up.
Will I be able to track the return status of my order?
You can track the return status of your order from the same "Track Order" page in the website. Also, we will keep you updated on the return status of your orders via email/whatsapp.
Will I get a full refund of the product I return?
You will get a refund of the entire amount you paid for the particular product, excluding Shipping and Cash-On-Delivery(COD) charges (if any), for returns arising due to Manufacturing Defects, Damaged Product(s) Received, Wrong Item(s) Delivered and Item(s) Missing from Order. For any other reason a small amount might be deducted from the refund amount. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Where will I get my refund?
Refunds are only processed to the original payment method. Refunds for COD orders will be sent according to the UPI ID or bank account details given by you during the time of placing a return request, no cash refund will be given.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse and quality check is done, the return request will be processed. It might take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
I have returned the order, but why did I not receive a refund yet?
After the order has been picked up or self couriered by you, it takes 5-10 working days for the order to reach us and 2-3 working days for the items to be quality checked. After that the refund is processed which might take before an additional 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. If you still have not received a refund it might be because (i) any one of the return eligibility conditions is not met; (ii) the returned order did not reach us; (iii) technical glitches whatsoever. We will contact you in such cases.
I missed the return pickup of my order, what should I do now?
Our courier partner will try to attempt pickup a maximum of two times. However, if you still miss the return pickup your order, you are responsible to ship the products back to us at your own cost.
Can I exchange a product?
Currently, we only offer exchanges of the same item in different size, free of cost. In case you want to exchange any item other than the size, please return it and place a new order.
Do you offer replacements?
Currently, we do not offer replacements for any of our products.
PAYMENT RELATED
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking and Wallets without any convenience charges or transaction fees. We also accept Cash-On-Delivery at an extra cost of ₹49 per order.
Is my transaction secured?
Yes absolutely. We use trusted and renowned payment gateway for each transaction.
I forgot to apply a coupon before placing the order, can I apply it later?
Unfortunately, we do not have that feature yet. Coupons cannot be added to orders once placed.
Are there any hidden charges like sales tax, convenience charges etc. attached to my purchase?
Absolutely not. The product price displayed in the product page is inclusive of all taxes. Apart from the Shipping and COD Charges there are no extra charges. The amount displayed at the payment page is the amount you pay for the particular order.
