Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Conditions for Return/Exchange Eligibility:
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it i.e., unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels (if any) intact .
- Return/exchange request must be placed within 7 Days from the date the order(s) gets delivered to you. After seven days return requests will not be approved.
- Any gifts/freebies and original invoice must be returned along with the product(s).
- Items bought under clearance sale or any type of sale are non-returnable.
Return/Exchange Process:
I. Placing Return Request
- Click on "Return Order" from the footer section of the website.
- Enter your Order ID (Starting with WK-...) and email/mobile number (used during checkout)
- Select the item you want to return/exchange.
- Select the reason for your return/exchange
- Choose if you want to return the item or exchange. Upload image if required.

For Returns: Choose "Original Payment" as refund method. For COD Orders, enter your UPI ID/Bank Account Details and submit.
- For Exchanges: Choose the item you want in exchange. Confirm shipping information and submit.
- That’s all, DONE. Your return/exchange request is placed. You should receive a confirmation in your email.
II. Processing Return
- Once a return request is placed, pack the specific items in the original packaging, with original invoice, all tags and labels (if any) intact.
- If your request is approved, we might message or call you to verify your return pick up address. In some pincodes, reverse shipment facility might not be available, in that case you will have to send the item (self-courier) back to us.
- For Reverse Pick-Ups, our courier partner will contact you within 3-4 working days after the return request has been placed. Pick-up will be attempted a maximum of two times. If the courier partner is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are responsible to ship it back to us at your own cost.
- For Self-Courier, you will have to courier the item(s) back to us (address provided below). No need to worry about shipping costs. Please share the invoice and tracking details along with the Order ID and we will reimburse you accordingly (maximum reimbursement amount is ₹100).
III. Processing Refunds
- The returned shipment should reach us within 5-10 working days after the items have been picked or self-shipped to us.
- After we receive the items in our warehouse, a quality check will be carried out. It may take 2-3 days to quality check your returned items from the date we receive the items.
- If approved, it might take 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after your refund has been processed.
Conditions for Refund:
The refund amount will vary according to the return reason you choose and our acceptance of the same. Please follow the table below:
- Shipping and COD Charges are non-refundable
- If the return reason is NOT valid or approved by us (we will contact you) and if you still want to return, then only ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Amount = Final Amount Paid - Shipping Charges (if any) - COD Charges (if any) - Reverse Shipping Charges (if applicable according to return reason)
- If the size you want is unavailable you can contact us for alternatives.
- Refunds will be processed when we receive the returned products and quality check them at our warehouse and also the delivery of the new item is accepted by you.
Exchanges and Replacements:
- We do NOT accept or provide exchanges and replacements of any item(s) under any conditions other than size exchange of the same item.
- In case you want to exchange or replace any item other than size of the same item, please return it and place a new order.
- The terms of return policy will be applicable for the returned product(s).
- Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again other than manufacturing defects or damage issues
Partial Return/Exchange:
- You can return individual item(s) from an order. However you cannot return multiple items at once. If you want to return multiple items, please do so by making them individually.
- Refunds for the individual item(s) will be processed accordingly.
Return/Exchange Modification and Cancellation:
- Once a return request has been placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please Note
- Refunds (applicable for prepaid orders only) for dispatched orders, if undelivered or refused at doorstep, will be processed only when the order reaches back to us i.e., returns to its origin.
- It is not necessary that the billing and shipping address be the same for return request approval.
- You will only get a refund of your net billing value. Discounts applied during the checkout will not be refunded.
- Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non refundable.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are only processed to the original payment method.
- For COD Orders, please enter your UPI ID or Bank Details while placing the return/exchange request. Refunds for COD orders will be sent to the bank only, no cash refund will be given.

Please ensure that the product(s) are properly packed and contain only the specific item(s) you are returning. Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to our courier service partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
