Shipping Policy

At Wonder Klothes, we take extra care to ensure a swift dispatch of your order and provide our customers with a smooth delivery experience.

Logistics Partners:

  • We partner with third party logistic service providers or logistic partners in order to effectuate product delivery. 
  • In some cases, we may also effectuate product delivery on our own without engaging logistic partners.

Serviceable Areas:

  • We deliver our products all across India, however, there might be few areas where delivery cannot be undertaken.
  • Please verify if deliveries can be carried out in your area by entering your pin code in a product page.
  • If your entered pin code shows unserviceable, unfortunately we will not be able to process the order further.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, our delivery area is limited within India. We do not provide international shipping as of now.

Order Tracking and Status:

  • We (or the logistic partner) will email (please check your spam folder too) and/or Whatsapp you the name of the courier company and the tracking number(AWB) after your order has been dispatched. You can then track your order from the tracking link provided.
  • Alternatively, you can also track your order from the “Track Order” page in the footer section of our website, by entering your Order Id or AWB No. 
  • Please note that AWBs get generated only when an order is shipped. 

Dispatch Time: 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days excluding the date of placing the order.
  • During festive or sale period order dispatch time might get delayed.

Delivery Timing:

  • Your order should arrive within 3 to 10 working days from the dispatch date depending on your shipping location.
  • Our delivery may be delayed during festive period(s) or due to logistical issues beyond our control or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We shall be under no obligation to compensate the customer for any kind of delay in the dispatch and delivery of the order.
  • Nevertheless, please let us know if you have not received your order in no less than 15 working days from the date you placed the order.
  • Currently, we do not offer express shipping.

Undelivered Orders:

  • The courier partner will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the customer/contact person is unavailable during the delivery attempts made by the courier partner, the order shall be cancelled. In such a case, refunds (applicable for prepaid orders only) will only be processed when the undelivered order reaches back to us.
  • In order to receive the same order you will have to place a new order (provided the item is in stock). 

Shipping and Delivery Charges:

  • Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery(COD) Charge of ₹49 is applicable for orders that are NOT prepaid.

Transparent Pricing:

  • There are absolutely no hidden costs attached to any order.  
  • The prices displayed in the product page are inclusive of all taxes. 
  • Other than the above mentioned charges (if applicable), no extra fees or charges are added to the product price. 
  • The total price mentioned at the payment page is the amount you pay for the particular order.


Please Note: 

  • Your purchase contract with Wonder Klothes is for personal use only, not for resale.
  • Please provide accurate and complete details (including landmarks) when placing an order on the website for a smooth delivery experience. Billing and Shipping details cannot be changed once an order is placed.
  • All orders depend upon product availability and our acceptance.
  • Product prices and their availability may change at any time
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; payment confirms the transaction (not applicable for COD orders).
  • If the product(s) you ordered is unavailable, we might contact you for alternatives or cancellations.
  • In case you receive damaged products or packaging, please refuse delivery at the doorstep and let us know.
  • All delivery related issues need to be raised within 24 hours of order delivery. After that, we cannot provide a resolution.
