Cancellation Policy

Although we do not want you to cancel your order(s) but if you wish to, we offer free cancellations until two hours from placing the order.

Cancellation Initiation Process:

  • Orders can only be cancelled by logging in to your account. Use the same email id used during checkout.
  • Tap on "Orders" and click on the specific order you want to cancel and cancel it. Please choose the cancellation reason if requested. 

Partial Cancellation:

  • You cannot cancel any specific product(s) inside a particular order.
  • If you wish to do so, the entire order i.e. all the products purchased through the same cart, needs to be cancelled.

Order Modification:

  • Similar to partial cancellation, orders once placed cannot be modified. It means that you cannot add or cancel any products from your order after it has been placed.
  • In case you want to modify it, the entire order needs to be cancelled.

Undoing Cancellation:

  • Once a cancellation request of an order is placed it cannot be undone. Don’t worry, just order again.

Refund Processing Time for Cancellations:

  • Refund will be processed (only applicable for prepaid orders) within 1-2 working days from the date of receiving the order cancellation request.
  • It might take 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after your refund has been processed.

Refund Amount and Destination for Cancellations:

  • 100% of the final amount paid for the particular order will be refunded for cancelled orders before dispatch to the original payment method.

  • You will be notified when your order is shipped or dispatched.
  • If you want to cancel an order after the cancellation cut-off time please contact us and we will guide you accordingly.
  • You should receive an order cancellation request approval/disapproval via email.
  • Refund for cancelled orders is only applicable for prepaid orders.
